While registration is open until the start of the symposium, we encourage early registration to enable us to provide the best possible service to participants.  A $25 fee will be charged for canceled registrations.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made after October 5, 2017.  A late fee of $50 will be added for all registrations made after October 5, 2017.
