Objectives

  5. Describe surgical techniques for best-outcomes in hernia repair
  6. Identify options for management of vascular traumas

No charge for University of Iowa faculty, staff, and students.  Must have a HawkID to receive a free registration.

Accreditation

The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physician: The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.   

Nurse: As of March 18, 2020, Iowa nurses may use participation in ACCME-accredited education toward their CE requirement for licensure.
