Overview

Clinician well-being was concerning prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic adds unique stressors for health care workers that can be addressed with an organized plan.

Objectives
  1. Recognize the high levels of Burn-out, Clinical Depression and Suicide Risk before the COVID-19 Pandemic.
  2. Recognize the impact of the stressors of the pandemic on society and clinician well-being.
  3. Apply a “Systems Approach” to mitigating the impact of COVID-19 Stressors on Clinician Well-being.

There is no fee for this course, but registration is required.
