This workshop discusses how engagement, ownership, resiliency, and evidenced based practice can lead to greater changes within an organization.

Objectives
  1. Learn about how staff nurses can be influencers among their teams.
  2. Review strategies for leading and creative problem solving for the frontline staff nurse.
  3. Identify characteristics of resilient leadership.
  4. Discuss the staff nurse role in designing, implementing and sustaining practice change.

Registration
Pre-registration is required 1 week prior to the class through ERMA.
(Search program # 1275)  

Scheduling should be arranged through the nurse manager in order to attend the program during on-duty time.

Accreditation

3.75 contact hours contact hours will be granted by Department of Nursing (IBN Approved Provider #34).  Participants must attend the entire session to receive full credit.  No partial credits will be awarded.
