Radon gas is the leading environmental cause of cancer mortality in the United States. Join Dr. Clancy and Dr. Bill Field as they discuss the role health care providers can play in reducing risks through patient education and the promotion of improved public policy. (Recorded 6/24/21)

1. Discuss health risks of exposure to radon with patients.
2. Discuss available methods of reducing the harmful effects of radon.
3. Discuss current public policy related to limiting radon gas exposure.

There is no charge to listen to the podcast, but registration is required to obtain a credit certificate, and there is a $7.50 credit fee (no charge for UI Faculty, Staff and Adjuncts).
