Objectives
  1. Recognize the climbing rates of burnout and the structural and individual drivers of burnout among clinicians
  2. Define the tenets of real person-centered care
  3. Discuss the roles of motivational interviewing and shared decision making in providing person-centered care
  4. Discuss the ways that person-centered care can help prevent clinician burnout.

Registration
There is no charge to listen to the podcast, but registration is required to obtain a credit certificate, and there is a $18.75 credit fee (no charge for UI Faculty, Staff and Adjuncts).
