  4. Select patients across the heart failure spectrum which may benefit from SGLT2 inhibitors
  5. Identify where and when to initiate SGLT2 inhibitors
  6. Utilize updated definitions and diagnostic evaluations to recognize patients with PAH
  7. Incorporate risk stratification for selecting and escalating therapy in patients with PAH, including the use of new and emerging treatment approaches
  8. Describe acute heart failure vs acute Coronary Syndrome
  9. Discuss escalation of mechanical circulatory support
  10. Discuss how to identify patients with progressive / worsening heart failure
  11. Discuss the evaluation and selection process for advanced heart failure patients
  12. Identify patients suitable for heart transplant
  13. Discuss organ allocation system and coming challenges
  14. Review the pathogenesis and etiology of inflammatory cardiomyopathy
  15. Review the role of imaging for the diagnosis & management of patients with suspected inflammatory cardiomyopathy
  16. Describe the different modes of ECMO support
  17. List the indications for veno-arterial ECMO
  18. Identify risk and benefits to transcatheter mitral valve repair in patients with severe mitral regurgitation
  19. Review current devices to assist with monitoring of volume status in the outpatient setting and identify candidates for remote monitoring
  20. Discuss characteristics of cardiac amyloidosis and clinical presentations that could result in early identification and treatment
