Rounding@IOWA: More Than Burn Out (MTBO) - New Strategies for Clinician Well-Being & Retention in a Post Pandemic Healthcare World

Today we will discuss the state of our health workforce, and strategies to address the significant health workforce shortages we are all experiencing.

2. Recognize that health workforce retention and well-being will be major factors in the future success of any health care system.
3. Advocate for the development of a systems approach for healthcare employee retention and well-being through an organized plan that encompasses a broad set of initiatives.

There is no charge to listen to the podcast, but registration is required to obtain a credit certificate, and there is a $11.25 credit fee (no charge for UI Faculty, Staff and Adjuncts).
