UI Faculty - Registration cost - $350.00

All Others - Registration cost - $400.00

Cancellation Policy:

 A participant who is no longer able to attend will be provided a refund according to the following guidelines:

• A full refund can be provided if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the live course date AND the online component has not been started.  

• A partial refund (of the AAFP $150 access fee) can be provided if cancellation is made within 14 days of the live course AND the online component has not been started. 

• A partial fund (registration fee minus $150 AAFP access fee) can be provided if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the live course date AND the online component has been started.  

• No refund can be provided if cancellation is made within 14 days of the live course date AND the online component has been started.
