Quarterly meeting to discuss the current status of the EP department’s performance and ongoing quality improvement initiatives. The discussion will include key performance metrics overview, recent improvements, current challenges, strategies, and educational opportunities.

Objective(s): 1 Apply standard operating procedures to promote consistency, improve quality, eliminate adverse event and enhance overall productivity. 2 Use process and outcome clinical measures to reinforce and/or improve upon our current clinical practice; move towards a data-driven decision model. 3 Evaluate performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective process optimization strategies. 4 Remain up to date with program developments, including policy changes and performance improvement project updates, to support continuous clinical improvement. 5 Effectively improve interprofessional collaborative practice and health outcomes.
