Overview

This session is designed to improve the screening of delirium in the emergency department using concise tools that have high sensitivity and specificity. Delirium is a challenging condition because of its severity, and clinicians miss up to 80% of cases without proper screening tools. We are addressing this issue by introducing a system-based screening that is supported by evidence in the emergency department.
