Objectives
  1. Understand the changes in diagnostic language, and the broader approaches to defining Alcohol Use Disorders and Co-occurring mental and substance use disorders
  2. Recognize and recommend the new pharmacological, community - group and cognitive behavioral therapies available for alcohol use disorders
  3. Pull together a comprehensive treatment plan for patients with Alcohol Use Disorders that includes therapy, support and medications

There is no charge to listen to the podcast, but registration is required to obtain a credit certificate, and there is a $11.25 credit fee (no charge for UI Faculty, Staff and Adjuncts).
