Registration Fee: $50 (add $15 after 9/2/2025)
Registration closes on 9/9/2025.

Refund: Full (minus $10 cancellation fee) if notification received on or before 9/9/2025.

The registration fee covers advertising, CE recording, and registration administrative costs. The Zoom link and any additional conference details will be provided the week prior to the conference.

Accreditation
