Emphasizing the interprofessional team approach to patient care, this program combines annual internal medicine and pharmacy continuing education programs into a single multi-track program offering plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and current hot topics in a combined interprofessional format.

FOOTBALL TICKETS
The Iowa Hawkeyes will be playing Northwestern on Saturday, October 29, at 2:00 pm.  A block of tickets is being held for conference attendees and may be purchased online though the University of Iowa Athletic Ticket office.  A link to order tickets will be sent with your conference confirmation email.  All ticket inquiries must be directed to the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-IA-HAWKS.  The CME office does not place ticket orders and does not refund tickets.  Tickets will be available to purchase from the block until September 29, or until the block sells out, whichever comes first.  The game is already sold out.

Cancellation Policy
All but $50 of the fee is refundable if inability to attend is made known on or before October 14, 2022. Refunds will not be made after this date.  Fees include registration, instruction and educational materials, CME and CE recording, continental breakfast, and refreshment breaks.

A late fee of $75 will be added for all registrations made after October 14, 2022.   


Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, UI College of Pharmacy, Iowa ACP, and Iowa SHM.  The Carver College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physician:  The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
